At the Restaurant, you will enjoy the charming and natural atmosphere reflecting contemporary trends.
Each day the chef Olivier DEGAND "Toques Blanches Lyonnaises" will delight your palate with his cuisine adapted to each season, imaginative cuisine that fully respects the great culinary traditions of Burgundy and Lyon.
The chef and his team work mainly with fresh products chosen from our regions, moreover every dish is created by the chef himself.
In the dining-room, Catherine DEGAND, headwaitress and her team will kindly advise you on each dish and they will be available to you any time during your lunch of dinner.
With a confortable weather you will be able to have your meal on the terrace in a shaded or sunny spot to enjoy the pure air of the wooded grounds.
