Each day the chef will delight your palate with his cuisine adapted to each season, imaginative cuisine that fully respects the great culinary traditions of Burgundy and Lyon.
The chef and his team work mainly with fresh products chosen from our regions, moreover every dish is created by the chef himself.
In the dining-room, all the team will kindly advise you on each dish and they will be available to you any time during your lunch of dinner.
